In support of VA OSDBU Direct Access Program, FTC Procurement Decision Makers (PDMs) will host 10 one-on-one in-person sessions to network with small business partners for Teaming/Partnering and Subcontracting opportunities.
T4NG is VA’s largest enterprise technology acquisition vehicle with a $22.3B ceiling that delivers a wide range of state-of-the-art technology and services to provide a seamless, unified Veteran experience. Structured as an IDIQ contract, T4NG enables VA to procure a variety IT products and services, including (but not limited to) program management, strategy and design, and enterprise architecture and planning. Since FTC’s initial award in March 2016, VA has awarded FTC 39 TOs, demonstrating our proven success as a premiere IT services provider for the VA enterprise, for a total awarded contract value of $890M.
FTC recognizes the event as an outstanding opportunity to network with industry peers and build on customer relationships. With Veterans comprising more than 20% of its employees, and over half of its business dedicated to supporting the VA, the connections facilitated by ODSBU are central to FTC’s mission to deliver effective IT and management solutions that improve Veteran healthcare.
We are looking to meet with potential partners with direct contact/relationships with decision makers/ stakeholders at the VA. We are also looking for partners that have expertise in at least one of the following capabilities:
- Software Agile Development
- IT/ Cloud Modernization
- Data Analytics (AI/ML, RPA, etc.)
- Cyber / Threat Hunting
- Digital Services
Selections are based on business capabilities to meet the following requirements:

The products and services may include information protection; Enterprise Architecture; customized I.T. services; asset management or procurement; enterprise application development, and testing applications.
