Event Description

Small Business Set-Aside contractors are encouraged to attend this session to learn about the whole-of-government approach to address overconcentration, monopolization, and unfair competition in the American economy.

The Procurement Collusion Strike Force (PCSF) coordinates a national response to collusion and antitrust crimes in public procurement.  The PCSF is focused on investigating, charging, and prosecuting conduct that undermines and distorts the procurement process, including conduct found in government set-aside programs.
