Event Goals 

Date: Tuesday, July 27 and Thursday, July 29, 2021

Time: By confirmed appointment only.
30-minute virtual sessions (20-minute demonstration, followed by 10-minute Q&A) between 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
EST on each day. 

Deadline to complete registration: 12:00 p.m. EST, Wednesday, June 9, 2021


Format: Virtual session powered by Cisco Webex with audio and video capability.

Prosthetic and Sensory Aids Service (PSAS), Commodity and Services Acquisition (CSAS) and the Denver Logistics Center (DLC) are hosting a by invitation-only virtual demonstration event.  

During this virtual event, current Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) contracted vendors will highlight the features, improved functions, and components of their contracted portfolio of products.   


The goals of this event are to:

    improve Sleep Clinician and Prosthetics overall knowledge of contracted 
     products;  

    increase PAP contract utilization; and

    enhance the product selection process for PAP products.   


By attending this event small business participants should be prepared to:

    discuss and demonstrate contracted products via a Virtual Session to VHA 
      Sleep Medicine Clinicians and Prosthetics panel members;  

    answer questions pertaining to the product(s) features and functions; and

    provide a point of contact for future questions.    


As a result of hosting this event, the IPT Team will: 

   ensure a broad understanding of PAP contracted portfolios; and

   identify gaps in the PAP portfolio based on attendee questions.


As a result of participating in this event, the small business should: 

    structure engagement opportunity for marketing PAP contracted portfolio; and

    identify product questions to enhance future outreach and educational 
      opportunities

About IPT

The PAP Integrated Product Team (IPT) is a multidisciplinary group formed to formalize the  program and contract requirements for the purchase of Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) devices and supplies issued to Veterans. The IPT’s thorough understanding of current and future technologies was paramount to contract development.  The contracts optimize value and efficiency for the purchase and distribution of PAP equipment and supplies.   The IPT continues as an advisory entity for contract implementation.
